Business settings and password
Your business name, time zone, plan and password.
Open Settings in the menu.
WhatsApp connection
Shows the connected number and lets you test it. See Connect your WhatsApp number.
Business
- Business name: shown to your team across the app.
- Timezone: used for business hours, scheduled campaigns and reports.
Click Save after changing them.
Plan
Shows your plan, messages used this month out of your limit, your contact and team limits, and the date your plan is valid until. To upgrade or renew, use the contact email shown on the page.
Tip When the monthly message limit is reached, sending stops until the next month or an upgrade. Customers' messages still arrive in your Inbox.
Change your password
At the bottom of the page, enter your current password and a new one of at least 8 characters, then click Change. Forgot it? Use Forgot password? on the login page.
