These terms govern use of Nezler Connect, provided by Nezler Technologies.

The service

Nezler Connect lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, manage contacts, run campaigns and automate replies.

Your responsibilities

• Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies and Meta's terms.
• Only message people who have given you permission (opt-in), and honour opt-out requests.
• Do not send spam, illegal, misleading or harmful content.
• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Fees

• Subscription fees are as shown on our pricing page, payable in advance.
• Meta charges per-message fees directly to the WhatsApp Business account's payment method. These are separate from our subscription.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service depends on Meta and our hosting provider. We are not liable for outages caused by them.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, WhatsApp's policies or the law, or that remain unpaid.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify customers of material changes.
