Use it on your phone

Nezler Connect works on any phone browser. Open wa.nezlertech.com and log in. On a phone, the menu moves to a bar at the bottom: Inbox, Contacts, Campaigns, Home and More.

Android app

The Nezler Connect Android app gives your team:

• the full Inbox, Contacts and Campaigns, in an app on the home screen
• notifications when a customer writes, or when a chat is assigned or transferred to you
• photo, video and document sharing straight from the phone

Ask your Nezler account manager for the app download link. After installing, open it and log in with your usual email and password. Allow notifications when asked.

Add it to your home screen (any phone)

You can also save the website as an app icon:

• Android (Chrome): open the site, tap the ⋮ menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
• iPhone (Safari): open the site, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen.
