Nezler Connect is operated by Nezler Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when businesses use Nezler Connect to communicate with their customers on WhatsApp, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, business name, email, mobile number and login details of people who sign up.
• Messaging data: WhatsApp messages, media and delivery statuses exchanged between our customers (businesses) and their contacts, processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Contact data: contact lists that businesses upload or that are created when someone messages them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide the service: sending and receiving messages, campaigns, automation and reports.
• To bill, support and secure accounts.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use message content for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages.
• Our hosting provider, only to store and run the service.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Roles

For messages and contacts, each business using Nezler Connect is the data controller and we act as their processor. Contacts who want their data removed should contact that business, or write to us.

Retention and security

Data is kept while the business account is active and deleted on request or after the account is closed. Access tokens are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access is limited to authorised staff.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@nezlertech.com.
