How to delete your data

Businesses using Nezler Connect: log in and go to Settings, or email info@nezlertech.com from your registered address asking us to close your account. We delete your account, contacts and messages within 30 days.

People who have messaged a business on WhatsApp: your data belongs to that business. Ask them to delete it, or email info@nezlertech.com with your phone number and the business name and we will help.

Connected Facebook / WhatsApp accounts: to remove our app's access, go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Meta Business Settings → Apps), remove Nezler Connect, and email us to delete stored data.

We confirm by email once deletion is complete.
